A conference hall needs a keynote. A leadership group needs a workshop. They are not the same session delivered at different lengths — pick the one that matches your outcome.

Browse the keynotesFor teams that need to leave with a skill, not a memory. Smaller groups, hands-on practice, and deliberately capped numbers so everybody actually gets to try it.
See the trainingEach of these is built on the same principle: prove the idea on the room first, then explain exactly how it worked and where it applies in their job.

What people tell you before they speak, and how trust is actually built. Practical non-verbal communication for sales teams, leaders and anyone whose job is other people.

Social engineering shown, not lectured. The same techniques an attacker uses to earn trust and extract information, demonstrated live — so your people recognise the approach instead of just completing the module.

A keynote on the subconscious and the limits people quietly accept — and then, rather than describing how suggestible a confident room really is, it demonstrates it on them using hypnosis. Not a hypnosis show: hypnosis is the proof, the point is what the audience does with it afterwards.
Capped, practice-based sessions for teams that need to leave able to do something they could not do that morning.

The methods behind remembering every name in a room, a full presentation without notes, or a product list under pressure. Taught as a repeatable system, practised on the day.

Team building usually stops at the surface. This is a facilitated dinner designed to take a group past it — structured conversation that leaves colleagues genuinely knowing each other.

One-to-one and small-group coaching for people who have to hold a room — pitching, presenting, or stepping onto a stage they never trained for. Taught by someone who does it for a living, on television and in front of full conference halls, rather than someone who only teaches it.
“I facilitate a lot of conferences and I had the pleasure of having Phoenix turn up to coach our sales team. He was exactly the right person for this group! It was both fun and entertaining, but really hit home with how to better build rapport with people & get the sale. I absolutely recommend him for your next sales conference or leadership group.”
“Phoenix was great to work with and very easy to get aligned and organised before and during the event. We were VERY pleased & really enjoyed Phoenix's presentation as audience members ourselves!”
“Thank you for everything Phoenix. Everyone absolutely loved it, well done!”
“I've never attended an event like this. I feel so much closer to my colleagues!”
“The world needs more of this right now. I will be booking this for several departments of our company.”
“I didn't entirely know what to expect but I was blown away… This is something entirely new.”
Phoenix has spent a career working out how people read each other, what makes them trust, and why they remember one thing from a day and nothing else. That work has been tested in front of television audiences, in university psychology research, and — most usefully for a conference organiser — in a great many corporate rooms that had already sat through three speakers before him.
The sessions are built on the same idea every time: an audience will not retain a principle they were told. They will retain one they watched work on themselves. So the demonstration comes first, the explanation second, and the application third — which is the part most keynotes skip.
The audience, the outcome and the date is enough to start. You'll get a straight recommendation on which session fits — usually within one business day.
